Legal Resources
Welcome to the TMA legal department web site. Members have realized for many years that just a couple of contacts to the legal department can more than recoup the value of the members’ dues each year in legal/practice management consultation fees. Members may pose medico-legal, state regulatory, or practice management questions to TMA by phone, fax or e-mail. This is a members' only benefit and our staff can only respond to issues submitted by TMA members. The TMA legal department cannot provide legal advice or representation to individual members or practices. Click on the link you need. Some of that information is available only to members.
