Situation Summary:

Governor Bill Lee extended Tennessee's State of Emergency on June 29, 2020 to address the rapidly surging COVID-19 pandemic. Executive Order #50 seeks to stabilize spikes in diagnosed cases across Tennessee by suspending various laws and regulations that may slow containment of the deadly virus. Regulatory flexibility, social distancing, large group restrictions and the protection of vulnerable populations are all addressed in the Governor's ordersIf you have a case to report or suspect that you or someone close to you has been infected, call the Tennessee Department of Health at 615.741.7247 or your healthcare provider.
