Member Relations Representative

The Tennessee Medical Association has an immediate opening for our Member Relations/Engagement position. Candidate must have a college degree plus experience in customer relations, account rep, corporate communications, or public relations, plus five years of work experience. This position is responsible for working directly with physician members to enhance the membership experience.


  • Annual projects to renew memberships
  • Attending events and meetings to engage with members to promote association activities and benefits
  • Work with local chapters statewide coordinating membership activities and events with regional staff
  • Providing staff assistance for our Membership Committee
  • Working with Medical Students, Resident and Fellows to engage in activities of organized medicine
  • Responding to member requests for information about programs and services
